Tree Management Plan

A Tree Management Plan (TMP) is a vital document for any demolition or construction project that affects a Tree Protection Zone (TPZ) as outlined in Australian Standard 4970-2018. We specialise in developing comprehensive Tree Management Plans that consider the impact on the viability of trees within the jurisdiction of Councils.

We collaborate with structural engineers, architects, and statutory planners to ensure the provision of Tree Management Plans wherever required.

Our team can provide a qualified project arborist to supervise the site work in alignment with the approved Tree Management Plan.

General management advice for Tree Health and Pest & Disease issues

We conduct thorough assessments and provide tailored recommendations for effective tree health management and addressing pest and disease issues. If the problem extends beyond our expertise, we facilitate connections with other qualified professionals who can further assist.

Replacement Tree Planting

Upon receiving approval for tree removal, the Council typically requires the planting of a replacement tree to fulfil certain conditions. Greenly Arboricultural Consultancy can provide these services:

  1. Species Selection: We assist in selecting suitable tree species that comply with permit conditions.

  2. Quality Sourcing: Our team sources high-quality stock from reputable nurseries and delivers it directly to the site.

  3. Professional Planting: Qualified staff members with a minimum AQF5 certification in horticulture or arboriculture are sent out to do the tree planting.

  4. Documentation and Communication: We provide photo evidence to Council and handle any necessary communication throughout the process.

In cases where the designated location for replacement tree planting is not ideal, we can liaise with the Council to explore alternative options.

Tree Nursery Stock Inspection

We offer comprehensive tree nursery inspection services compliant with ‘AS2303:2018 – Tree Stock for Landscape Use’. Our team conducts thorough site visits to tree nurseries, inspecting stock prior to dispatch and delivering detailed compliance reports.
